Our bespoke 1:1 intensive programme to support your child through the full degree apprenticeship preparation and recruitment journey.

This programme is for families who understand that interest alone is not enough, and who want their child to be clear, credible, well‑prepared, and professionally supported through applications, assessments, and interviews. 

In addition to dedicated 1:1 coaching sessions, students have ongoing access to their coach between sessions for guidance and support - for example, with applications or preparation decisions - ensuring momentum is maintained and issues are addressed as they arise. 

This level of personalised, responsive support enables your child to move through the process with greater confidence, focus, and strategic intent.

8 tailored 1:1 60-minute coaching sessions, including comprehensive career profiling, CV & LinkedIn, applications, assessments, and interviews - plus direct, ongoing access to your coach for the duration of the programme, helping your child stand out, avoid common mistakes, and perform strongly across applications, assessments, and interviews.
