OneBigNext Future Pathways Starter Group Cohort + 1:1

To help Year 10 and Year 11 students begin thinking about future pathways (including degree apprenticeships) with confidence by completing a career profiling assessment and 1:1 60-minute review and career strategy session. Your child will then join two group sessions to develop awareness of what employers value and simple ways to start building evidence, ensuring that maximum benefit is gained from this early start on future pathways employability preparation.

The OneBigNext Degree Apprenticeship Primer is a structured group programme designed for Year 12 students who are interested in degree apprenticeships and want to understand how the process really works without committing to intensive 1:1 support. Students will understand how degree apprenticeships actually work in practice (employers, providers, timelines, competition); develop a credible direction to explore; learn what experience, skills, and evidence employers really value; use time - particularly the summer period - productively to build evidence ready for applications; understand what applications, assessments, and interviews involve; become prepared and informed.

Our bespoke 1:1 intensive programme to support your child through the full degree apprenticeship preparation and recruitment journey.

This programme is for families who understand that interest alone is not enough, and who want their child to be clear, credible, well‑prepared, and professionally supported through applications, assessments, and interviews. 

In addition to dedicated 1:1 coaching sessions, students have ongoing access to their coach between sessions for guidance and support - for example, with applications or preparation decisions - ensuring momentum is maintained and issues are addressed as they arise. 

This level of personalised, responsive support enables your child to move through the process with greater confidence, focus, and strategic intent.
