A focused working session to strengthen your child’s CV and improve their overall approach to applications.
During the session, I will refine the CV in real time, shaping both content and structure so it presents a clear, confident picture to employers. We will also look at how to approach applications more strategically, so effort is focused where it will have the greatest impact.
Following the session, you will receive feedback to help finalise the CV to a high standard.

Targeted support for a specific role where a strong application really matters.
This session is designed to help your child produce a high-quality, well-positioned application that reflects both their strengths and the expectations of the employer.
We will focus on the role itself, how best to present relevant experience, and how to communicate clearly and convincingly. Guidance will be tailored to the application requirements, whether that includes a CV, cover letter, or application form.
Follow-up feedback is included to support final refinements before submission.

Interview Preparation Duo
A focused, high‑impact two‑session package designed to prepare your child to perform confidently and effectively in a real interview.
The first 60‑minute session focuses on building core interview skills. We cover how to structure strong answers, communicate clearly, and present strengths with confidence. The session is fully recorded, allowing your child to review expert feedback and clearly understand where to improve.
Between sessions, your child will complete structured preparation tasks, including reviewing their session recording, refining answers, and practising key responses. This independent work is essential, ensuring that the second session builds on real progress, not repetition, and allowing for a far higher level of performance.
The second 60‑minute session is a full, realistic mock interview tailored to the target role or opportunity. Your child completes a complete interview under professional conditions, followed by clear, structured feedback on strengths, areas for improvement, and final refinements.
This two‑stage process ensures your child not only understands what to do, but has practised and applied it, arriving at their real interview confident, prepared, and ready to perform at their best.
