This level of personalised, responsive support enables your child to move through the process with greater confidence, focus, and strategic intent.

Why this programme exists

Young people often reach transition points that shape their future opportunities and long term direction. Pathways are complex, advice is inconsistent and timing is critical.

The Signature Programme exists to support young people (and their families) as they navigate the transition from education to meaningful employment.

Who is it for

  • Parents of 15 to 25 year olds navigating choices with real consequences
  • Families who want expert interpretation rather than more noise
  • Young people aiming for competitive pathways
  • Families who value SEND / neurodiversity support and predictable pacing

How it works

How OneBigNext® supports young people and families

Prepare

Clarify strengths, interests, attitudes, and realistic options.

Our young people build credible evidence through personal projects, micro‑credentials, work experience, and volunteering - developing skills and evidence employers value.

Present

Create a strong, credible professional profile.

We develop strong personal branding including maximising the impact of LinkedIn, CVs, and networking capability so young people can clearly articulate their value in the market.

Pursue

Target the right opportunities and perform at your best.

We coach young people to identify suitable roles, complete strong applications, and be their best throughout assessments and interviews - with structured, hands‑on support at each stage of the process.

What the programme includes

The OneBigNext® Signature Programme is delivered through eight 60‑minute, one‑to‑one coaching sessions, fully tailored to your child’s goals, readiness and pace.

There is not a set curriculum. Every session is bespoke, shaped around your child’s stage, goals and upcoming transition, ensuring each coaching session is timely, relevant and focused on meaningful forward movement.

Between sessions, your child receives ongoing support (subject to reasonable use) via email or WhatsApp for questions, sense‑checks, application reviews and reassurance. Parents are welcome to reach out when needed, but the primary purpose of this support is to keep the young person progressing consistently and confidently between sessions.

This is a full‑service, done‑with‑you intervention, providing the expertise, structure and calm partnership that translates directly into clearer decisions, stronger applications and a more capable, motivated young person optimally positioned for their next stage.

Our families say

"I would like to highly recommend the OneBigNext Signature programme. Our son is in his second year of a degree and was applying for his 3rd year work placement with little university support."

"Sandra worked with him, helping him focus in on companies that matched his skill set, developing his confidence and skills in writing applications and showing him the importance of making human links with organisations he was looking to apply to."

"She worked with him on creating a LinkedIn profile and using LinkedIn to build connections. She suggested extra things he could do to make himself stand out."

"When it came to interviews, Sandra coached him on interview technique through practice interviews, videoing of these and developing self evaluation.
Our son landed the 3rd Year work placement that he wanted and we are so excited and pleased for him."

"Applying for jobs in the present climate is such a different and difficult process for young people and the training that OneBigNext and Sandra offer is incredibly valuable."

Jo, Mum of 20 Year Old Data Science & Analytics Undergraduate

"Sandra from OneBigNext was absolutely amazing. After applying for many degree apprenticeships, my daughter was getting disheartened with the whole process, which led me to contacting Sandra."

"Sandra was supportive, knowledgeable, and really knew how to bring out the best in her. She has now received an offer. We’re so grateful for her help and would highly recommend her to anyone preparing for interviews and applying for apprenticeships.

Taryn, mum of Seren, incoming marketing degree apprentice

"Being that very much trusted, neutral voice, someone that he could talk to and that wasn't a parent and actually make progress with and really took her advice and guidance on board, which was such a relief because he was really up for that advice when it wasn't coming from us."

"He's now been through his first degree and is actually studying for a PhD in his field, which is quite special. But it's more than just a job, it's a career that she's opened up for him [...] He's really pursuing something that means something to him."

"It can be quite a stressful process, this whole piece, and she really took that pressure away from us [...] and we're really grateful for his success."

Sarah M, Mum of 24 Year Old studying for a fully-funded PhD in Nuclear Physics
