For the moments that matter

I’m Sandra. I have spent more than twenty years working with young people across schools, universities and early careers, supporting families through the key transitions that shape confidence, direction and long term opportunity.

I have seen first hand how the right decisions, at the right moments, can change a young person’s direction completely.

At a certain point, the challenge is not finding more information.

It is knowing how to interpret it, what to prioritise and when to act.

The OneBigNext® Signature Programme exists to give young people, and their families, the clarity, structure and experienced perspective they need when the next step really matters.

Why this programme exists

Young people often reach transition points that shape their future opportunities and long term direction. Parents want to guide them well, but pathways are complex, advice is inconsistent and timing often feels critical.

The Signature Programme exists to bring clarity, structure and personalised support so decisions are made well and progress is sustained.

"She is so clear; so easy to work with. She always does what she says. In fact, she goes way beyond."

  • Parents of 15 to 25 year olds navigating choices with real consequences
  • Families who want expert interpretation rather than more noise

How the programme works

Our bespoke CALM Framework delivers clarity fast and builds lasting momentum.

Your child gains direction. You achieve peace of mind.

Together, you get a plan that works.

Stage 1: Clarify

Understand what is really going on.

Transitions feel messy because everything hits at once.
Grades. Deadlines. Expectations. Confidence. Pressure.

We remove the fog.
Academics. Skills. Motivation. Readiness. Options.
What matters - and what can be parked.

Clarity happens fast.
Relief follows immediately.

Outcome

The real issue becomes obvious.

Everyone understands the starting point.

"She has a real gift for breaking down complex options into clear, practical steps, and for helping parents feel confident about supporting their children through key transitions."

Nicola J, Mum of 16 & 17 Year Old sons pursuing radically different paths.

Stage 2: Align

Choose the right direction with confidence.

Once the noise is gone, strategy becomes simple.
We match strengths, goals and timing with the right pathways.

Sixth form. College. Apprenticeships. Degree apprenticeships. UCAS.
Placements. Graduate roles. Early entrepreneurship.

We decide which options are strong fits and which are not.
We choose a direction that positions your young person well.

Outcome

A clear, evidence based strategy the whole family can trust.

"Working with Sandra has helped my daughter to target her approach and to identify her next steps, and has really helped to remove the inevitable prejudice and bias that a conversation with a parent would obviously bring, which is an immense help."

Andy T, Dad of 18 Year Old taking a different pathway to her school friends

Stage 3: Lift

Build capability, confidence and practical progress.

This is where the transformation happens.
High touch. Hands on. Calm. Clear.

What we work on depends on the goals. It may include:

  • CV and LinkedIn positioning
  • Personal statements and applications
  • Apprenticeships, UCAS, internships, placements
  • Interview preparation and practice
  • Networking and early entrepreneurship
  • Confidence, pacing and executive function support

Your child moves from uncertainty to capability.
From hesitation to meaningful action.

Outcome

A capable, confident young person who has made a significant shift in direction, skill and readiness, and is now positioned as strongly as possible for their next step.

""I applied to study Natural Sciences at Cambridge University and I got offered an interview, but I wasn't too sure how to necessarily prep for this interview or what the format of the interview was, and Sandra really helped me through that application process.”

Ella R (Age 17), applying to study Natural Sciences at Cambridge

Stage 4: Momentum

Secure progress and ongoing momentum.

Momentum is everything at this stage.
We lock in gains.
We strengthen habits.
We plan the next three to six months.

Your young person leaves with clarity, direction and pace.
You leave with a clear understanding of how to support without overwhelm.

No drifting.
No waiting.
No backward steps.

Outcome

A young person who is moving forward with confidence and purpose.

A family who know exactly what comes next.

"As a result of Sandra's help, I chose to move schools. I picked 3 A Levels which I am really enjoying. I feel like as a result of moving schools I'm a lot more motivated and I feel like I'm a lot more productive both at school, in lessons, in my frees, and also at home as well. And I feel like I've gained motivation to work that I didn't have at my old school.

Reece J (Age 16), now thriving at a new school, studying A Levels in Maths, Physics and Chemistry

Our families say

"Now fast forward… he's 17 years old and he's looking at conservatoires and universities for music. He now has all the knowledge that Sandra gave him about what the options were for each course, for each university, and what he needs to do to get himself there."

Kerry-Ann J, Mum of 17 Year Old Composer and Animator

“Our daughter, who is neurodivergent, was home educated through her GCSEs after suffering with anxiety and burnout at school."

"After working with Sandra, we and our daughter have been inspired to make the leap into the next steps after GCSEs and only a week ago we attended an interview."

"She was successful in her application and interview, and she's been made an unconditional offer."

Samantha F, Mum of 16 Year Old exploring a career in Media

"Being that very much trusted, neutral voice, someone that he could talk to and that wasn't a parent and actually make progress with and really took her advice and guidance on board, which was such a relief because he was really up for that advice when it wasn't coming from us."

"He's now been through his first degree and is actually studying for a PhD in his field, which is quite special. But it's more than just a job, it's a career that she's opened up for him [...] He's really pursuing something that means something to him."

"It can be quite a stressful process, this whole piece, and she really took that pressure away from us [...] and we're really grateful for his success."

Sarah M, Mum of 24 Year Old studying for a fully-funded PhD in Nuclear Physics
