No, the young person's coaching sessions are private. This maximises their impact. Parents receive a 'Next Steps' strategy session at the end of the programme. We strongly encourage parents to invite their child to attend part or all of this session so that everyone is working in alignment going forward. We find that joint attendance at this session is the most beneficial approach.
