Career Insight Plus
This career profiling package includes a detailed and thorough assessment of your strengths, weaknesses, skills and interests in relation to your future career. We start with a 60 minute 1:1 career coaching session, which is followed up with a comprehensive career profiling assessment, completed online. OneBigNext then writes a thorough report based on the assessment, and in a further 60 minute coaching session we go through the recommendations and agree a pathway and clear steps to move towards your ideal future career.
