Work With Me

Practical support for teenagers and young adults moving from education into employment.

I teach them exactly what to do, and stay with them until they do it.

Why OneBigNext Exists

OneBigNext® exists to bridge the gap from education to employment.

Many capable teenagers and young adults reach key transition points where qualifications alone are no longer enough.

The challenge is not a lack of information, but knowing what matters, how to interpret options, and the practical strategies to achieve results.

OneBigNext® turns education into careers.

I help young people secure degree apprenticeships and early‑career routes - including placement years, internships, and first jobs.

I teach them exactly what to do, and stay with them until they do it.

Support. Accountability. Action.

Who I help

OneBigNext® supports teenagers and young adults aged 13-25, and the parents who are navigating decisions with real consequences alongside them.

This work is well suited to families where young people are:

  • choosing post‑16 or post‑18 pathways

  • deciding between university, apprenticeships or alternative routes

  • aiming for competitive degree apprenticeships, placements or internships

  • preparing for early roles after graduation

  • neurodiverse and needing SEND‑informed pacing and support

Parents typically come to OneBigNext® because school, college, or university provision is not enough on its own, and they need expert 1:1 support to achieve the right outcome.

Working with teenagers and young adults

OneBigNext® works directly with young people to help them translate who they are into candidates that employers understand - and want to work with.

This is not tutoring, generic careers advice or motivation without substance. The work focuses on understanding strengths, interests and aptitudes, then building real evidence of value that employers recognise.

Young people learn how to:

  • clarify realistic options that match their profile and timing
  • build credible evidence through projects, experience and structured development
  • present themselves professionally through CVs, applications, LinkedIn and networking
  • approach interviews and assessments with confidence grounded in preparation

We cannot promise a job. But we do promise bespoke, intensive 1:1 support designed for motivated and engaged young people who need a helping hand to bridge the gap from education to employment.

Our results speak for themselves.

What this means for parents and carers

The young person is the client.

Parents are involved as informed partners.

You are supported to understand pathways, timing and trade‑offs, so you can guide without overwhelm or pressure. This often reduces anxiety at home and replaces uncertainty with shared understanding and calm direction.

OneBigNext® is particularly valued where decisions feel high‑stakes, transitions are complex, or neurodiversity needs to be carefully held.

Ways to work together

Support is shaped around need rather than product. Some families begin with lighter‑touch input at a key decision point. Others benefit from more structured, ongoing support through multiple transitions.

One-off sessions

For a single, specific need.

Focused, high‑impact sessions for moments that matter - such as subject choices, interview preparation, refining a CV or application, or clarifying a key decision.

Practical, targeted input designed to create immediate traction.

Intensive support

To support the achievement of a defined goal.

Short, concentrated support delivered over a small number of sessions, often used for interview preparation, competitive applications, or critical transitions.

This is hands‑on, structured work with momentum between sessions, without committing to a full programme.

OneBigNext® Signature Programme

A bespoke, structured intervention for older teenagers and young adults navigating major education and early‑career transitions, including preparing for degree apprenticeship applications.

The programme is fully bespoke and delivered through one‑to‑one sessions, with ongoing support between sessions. Parents remain actively involved and informed throughout.

This is OneBigNext’s deepest level of support, designed to produce real outcomes, not just activity.

Pricing

OneBigNext® is a premium, bespoke service, with transparent pricing aligned to the level of support.

  • One‑off sessions start at ÂŁ149.

  • Intensive support begins at ÂŁ275.

  • The OneBigNext® Signature Programme is an investment of three monthly instalments of ÂŁ525, or £1,500 paid in advance.

Fees reflect depth, specialist expertise, SEND‑informed care, and limited capacity to protect quality. The most appropriate level of support is agreed following an initial conversation.

How to begin

The first step is a confidential parent conversation.

This is a no‑pressure call to explore your young person’s situation, outline possible pathways and confirm whether OneBigNext® -and which level of support - is the right fit.

Because growing up deserves a game plan.
